THE ROLE
You'll climb roofs, document storm damage, meet adjusters on-site, build estimates, and run your projects from signed contract to final walkthrough. Full training on how we sell, how we document, and how we take care of people. No micromanaging.
THE MONEY, HONESTLY
Commission only. First-year reps land between $40,000 and $130,000 — it comes down to hustle and effort. Top performers set their own schedules and out-earn most 8-to-5s. If you need a guaranteed paycheck to feel safe, this isn't the seat for you.
